We're seeking a Warehouse Associate I to join our team in West Palm Beach & Stuart FL, where you'll play a critical role in our end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs.

As a Warehouse Associate I, you'll be responsible for loading & unloading materials utilizing a hand truck, reach truck, or forklift, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and identifying any discrepancies in receiving loads against manifest.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist Drivers in loading and unloading trucks
  • Material handling may include one or more of the following: picking, packing, scanning, kitting (as applicable), counting products, and other like duties that must ensure timeliness, packaging, and systems work is completed accurately
  • Identifying and annotating overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D)
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
  • Read and follow detailed and defined instructions in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure a safe and secure work environment, including all TSA and OSHA guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements include:

  • Must be able to use forklifts, pallet jacks, and banding/shrink-wrap material
  • The job location is at the West Palm Beach & Stuart FL
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed, occasional weekends
  • Must be able to read and comprehend work instructions well
  • Must have the ability to work well with others
  • High attention to detail required
  • Must have the ability to work well with others with little supervision
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. unassisted
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
  • Must be able to work in tight spaces and in high-stress environments

Education and experience requirements include:

  • High School or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of stand-up reach truck experience
  • Experience using an RF scan gun is required
  • Experience with SAP or other MRP system
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Previous forklift certifications preferred
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred

Physical requirements include:

  • This position requires standing and walking for extended periods of time
  • Position requires employees to frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, reach, bend, and lift objects above their heads
  • Employees must be able to regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds unassisted and use pallet jacks and forklifts
