Customer Service Expert

At Chilton Auto Body Inc, we are seeking a Customer Service Expert to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the repair process. With a focus on building strong relationships with customers and business partners, this position plays a vital role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the automotive industry, preferably in collision repair. They will be able to work collaboratively with the team to meet shared objectives, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with teammates, customers, and business partners. A valid driver's license and ability to pass a thorough background check are also required.
We offer a competitive salary of $20-24 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including bonuses, paid holidays, and 2 weeks of PTO, we also provide medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Our company values flexibility and offers an 8-hour shift between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
