Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain service level agreements in complex insurance authorizations.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics consistently.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing referrals and navigating intricate insurance systems.
- Experience in a high-performance department with strong accountability for metrics.
- A positive, collaborative attitude with a proactive approach to teamwork.
- Familiarity with various electronic medical records (EMRs).
- Remote work experience is preferred.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position is $24.00 per hour based on a full-time schedule.
