The Opportunity

We are seeking an Advanced Tasking Specialist to join our centralized team. As an Advanced Tasking Specialist, you will be part of a specialized team that is skilled in complex tasking. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain service level agreements in complex insurance authorizations and meet or exceed performance requirements.

You will work closely with our teams to analyze work processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes using lean tools and methodologies. This role supports patients nationwide and requires a strong understanding of complex insurance portals and highly complex orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain service level agreements in complex insurance authorizations
  • Meet or exceed performance requirements for 6 months minimum (200+ Tasks/week)
  • Analyze work processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Implement changes using lean tools and methodologies
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience completing referrals and navigating complex insurance portals and highly complex orders
  • Experience working in a highly productive department with strong metrics accountability/ownership
  • Positive, collaborative attitude and high team engagement with an action-oriented mindset
  • Experience working with different EMRs
  • Experience working remotely preferred
