Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on a variety of transactional matters, including engagement letters, master service agreements, access letters, non-disclosure agreements, vendor agreements, independent contractor agreements, and other commercial transactions.
  • Work with internal clients and colleagues as a strategic business partner, leveraging your expertise to provide creative business solutions consistent with applicable law, professional regulations, and the Firm's policies and procedures.
  • Draft, negotiate, and review commercial transactions, contracts, and agreements, providing counsel on interpretation of active contracts and handling contractual dispute resolution.
  • Manage multiple contracts and projects in a deadline-driven environment, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Train new Corporate Counsel on negotiation and drafting issues, and manage a team of contracting attorneys and contract managers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • JD required.
  • Three (3)+ years of progressive legal experience required, five (5)+ preferred.
  • Contracting experience in an in-house legal team or big law is a plus.
  • Professional services experience highly desired.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence, and impact change by leading individuals in a matrix environment.
  • Proven relationship-building skills, and strong leadership qualities to drive collaboration, influence, and change in a matrix environment.
  • Exceptional communication, client/customer service, presentation, and facilitation skills required.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required.
Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $130,000 to $180,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
