Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Commercial Counsel to join our team at JLL Technologies. As a key member of our legal team, you will provide strategic legal counsel to internal commercial teams and help drive the growth of our SaaS products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Structuring, drafting, and discussing complex customer agreements for SaaS and other technology-enabled products and services.
  • Leading a small but high-performing team of counsel and paralegals.
  • Managing agreements that comply with company policies and risk tolerances, and supporting the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes.
  • Providing expert and strategic legal advice to management on all commercial matters.
  • Keeping abreast of legislative changes and proactively making recommendations for policy or product changes required to protect JLL Technologies.
  • Providing training to the business in relation to legal and risk issues.
  • Creating best-in-class templates and playbooks.
Requirements
  • J.D. degree and membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with and leading cross-functional teams to get the job done.
