Quality Assurance Monitor

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Monitor to join our team at the National Safety Council. As a Quality Assurance Monitor, you will be responsible for conducting quality assurance monitoring of driver safety courses state-wide.
Key Responsibilities:- Learns and understands driver safety course delivery expectations as outlined in course instructor guides, manual of rules and procedures, and program administrative guides.
- Attends various NSC driver safety courses state-wide, covertly posing as a required attendee and participating in all aspects of class as an attendee.
- Observes and records objective information used to evaluate instructors facilitating NSC driver safety courses with regard to contract regulatory compliance, administrative processes, classroom management techniques, and curriculum delivery expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
- $35/hour rate.
