Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our engineering organization at Edwards Vacuum. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the software quality of our products through thorough testing and validation.

About the Role:

  • Design and develop test suites containing test cases based on product software requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input for user stories and test case scenarios.
  • Execute test suites and test cases to ensure software application is thoroughly verified and validated.
  • Analyze and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content.
  • Communicate bug reports to development teams and provide detailed information on defect occurrences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in EE, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience working in a related role with SQA tools and processes.
  • Experience with various testing strategies including regression, functional, acceptance, smoke, integration, black box, white box, exploratory, ad hoc, performance, stress, and load.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
