Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Quality Control support for product offerings assigned and manage quality and reliability performance throughout the entire life cycle.
  • Development, review, and deployment of Quality System processes and procedures.
  • Assessment of customer, industry, and regulatory requirements and development of tailored quality plans ensuring compliance with requirements.
  • Drive resolution of compliance issues identified during audits.
  • Culture - Champion the Winchester culture while creating a strong organization.

Requirements:

  • BS degree required and a minimum of 5 years of quality experience as a Quality Engineer.
  • Proficiency in quality, six sigma and lean manufacturing techniques, design for manufacturability, design for assembly, failure mode and effects analysis techniques in a design and manufacturing environment.
  • Analytical thinker with demonstrated technical ability to perform root cause analysis, prepare and implement action plans, lead improvement initiatives and interface with customer's technical resources.
