Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee essential project management tasks, including project scope definition, budget management, team assembly, and ensuring timely project delivery.
- Manage diverse projects spanning various practices such as site assessment, remediation, and stormwater management for a wide range of clients.
- Conduct environmental data management, evaluation, and implement quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) protocols.
- Guide and mentor junior team members in technical areas and oversee field staff during project execution.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and assist in proposal development.
- Source and manage subcontractors effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
- 6 to 15 years of relevant technical experience, including a minimum of 2 years in project management.
- Familiarity with various field methods for collecting environmental samples.
- Knowledge of Federal and State regulatory frameworks.
- 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification is required.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong technical communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proven safety record and understanding of safe work practices.
