Your Role

As an Environmental Project Manager, you'll oversee a variety of projects across multiple practices and for diverse clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project scoping and budgeting, budget tracking, project team assembly and supervision, and delivery of the finished product.
  • Managing projects across site investigation and characterization, site remediation, and stormwater management.
  • Environmental data management, evaluation, and quality assurance/quality control.
  • Mentoring junior team members and supervising field staff during on-site project work.
  • Preparing technical reports and assisting with issuing proposals.
  • Procuring and managing subcontractors.
  • Ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to safe work practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A BS or MS in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • 6 to 15 years of solid technical experience, including 2+ years of experience with project management.
  • Familiarity with field methods for collecting soil, groundwater, sediment, soil gas, and ambient air samples.
  • Understanding and experience working under Federal and State regulatory frameworks.
  • 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite.
  • Excellent technical communication skills and strong attention to detail.
