Are you interested in contributing to a dynamic team that plays a crucial role in assessing the effectiveness of internal control frameworks and evaluating various processes within Finance, Operations, Support functions, and Information Technology? As an Internal Auditor, you will engage in sophisticated and technical audits concerning operations, systems, and financial activities.

This role involves regular interaction with executive and senior management teams, requiring you to operate with a degree of autonomy while also providing guidance and mentorship to business area leaders on the development, execution, and oversight of internal controls.

Success in this position will be measured by your ability to:

  • Utilize analytical skills to pinpoint control deficiencies that may pose risks to the organization.
  • Become a vital member of the Internal Audit Team.
  • Establish strong relationships across the organization to enhance the audit process.

We seek motivated and committed individuals who possess:


• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or Engineering.


• Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or other relevant designations (e.g., CCSA, CRISA, CISM, CGEIT, CISSP, CFE).


• Proficiency in developing, articulating, and coordinating project plans.


• The ability to comprehend intricate business scenarios, including problem definition, data collection and analysis, fact establishment, and drawing valid conclusions.


• Knowledge of NERC and FERC Regulatory Compliance Requirements.

Preferred qualifications include:


• Experience with data extraction and analytical tools such as ACL, IDEAL, SAS, or CANAUDIT.


• Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize various projects effectively.

The appropriate level for this position will be determined based on your experience and expertise.
