  • Develop and maintain pricing strategy for North America (US and Canada).
  • Ensure brand message and product benefit points of difference are reflected in packaging copy and design.
  • Evaluate competitive new products and present comprehensive analysis.
  • Conduct product post-launch analyses for SKU rationalization and product assortment strategy.
  • Present at internal sales and external retailer meetings.
  • Travel to factories and outside vendors for development and approval of new product concepts.
  • Field products and concepts through market research and solicit sales feedback.
  • Manage, coach, and develop product marketing talent.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of cosmetic industry product marketing work experience. Color Cosmetic experience a must.
