The successful candidate will have a strong background in public policy and experience working in a fast-paced environment.", "Responsibilities": ["Support the development and execution of policy events, roundtables, and conferences", "Engage with experts and other speakers, update and maintain our websites, and design communication materials", "Book and promote media opportunities for Institute experts and support the execution of our social media and press strategy", "Assist with the publication and dissemination of our research, advocacy papers, and other written materials, as well as support the coordination of our Congressional and Executive engagements and partnerships", "Engage with Institute leadership, staff, and experts, as well as media, government officials, and the general public", "Support the Institute team with other tasks and projects as needed"], "Required Qualifications": ["Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience", "Some public policy experience", "Strong database experience", "Excellent written and oral communication skills", "Superior skill in the use of Microsoft Office Suite", "Excellent organizational skills, with the demonstrated ability to independently juggle multiple programs and priorities effectively", "Ability to interact effectively with persons at all levels, including high-level officials and academics, in a professional manner and in different settings", "Self-starter, highly motivated, and detail-oriented"], "Preferred Qualifications": ["One or more years of public policy experience"]}
