Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator at The Joint Chiropractic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and members, ensuring a positive experience at our clinics.
  • Manage patient flow, checking them in and out, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Process transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure all patient accounts are up-to-date.
  • Utilize point of sale software to complete transactions and manage patient accounts.
  • Participate in marketing and sales opportunities to attract new patients to our clinics.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on membership options, packages, and promotions to effectively communicate with patients and members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our clinic's standards.
  • Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages to patients and members.
  • Communicate effectively with management, addressing patient concerns and following established policies and procedures.
  • Embody our core values of TRUST, INTEGRITY, EXCELLENCE, RESPECT, and ACCOUNTABILITY in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Previous sales experience and strong phone and computer skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
