  • Develop and implement creative and innovative culinary techniques, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the culinary industry.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high-quality experiences, working closely with the events team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences for members and guests.
Requirements
  • Culinary arts degree or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in kitchen operations and management.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar culinary management role, with a track record of success in leading high-performing kitchen teams.
  • Menu planning and creation expertise, with the ability to develop and implement menus that meet the needs and expectations of club members and guests.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire kitchen staff to deliver exceptional results.
