About the Position

We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our children's ministry, providing direction and vision for Sunday school classes, overseeing staff and volunteers, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive faith formation programs for children from birth to 5th grade
  • Collaborate with the family ministry team to create a cohesive vision for family formation
  • Recruit, develop, and encourage volunteers to grow in their faith through serving children
  • Provide leadership for special events, such as Vacation Bible School and First Communion
  • Ensure compliance with Diocesan Safeguarding guidelines
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in children's ministry
  • Passion for serving children and seeing them grow in their faith
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with a regular schedule of Sunday through Thursday. Flexibility is required for evening and weekend commitments.

Estimated Salary Range

$50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
