Job Summary:
St. Luke's Health–The Vintage Hospital is seeking a qualified Spiritual Care Specialist to provide compassionate, supportive care to patients, families, caregivers, and staff. This role requires a deep understanding of human dignity and the ability to deliver holistic care that addresses physical, psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide spiritual assessments and pastoral care in assigned areas to patients, families, and staff.
2. Collaborate with the patient care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
3. Participate in on-call rotations and leadership responsibilities for chapel services as needed.
4. Promote and support departmental guidelines.
5. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Five (5) years of ministry or related work experience
  • One (1) Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Units accredited by the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education OR active enrollment in a CHI Texas Division CPE Program

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two (2) Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Units accredited by the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education OR active enrollment in a CHI Texas Division CPE Program
