About Us:

Children's Lighthouse of Oak Forest is a leading childcare provider dedicated to nurturing the growth and development of young minds. As an Education Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Manager to oversee the academic programs at our center. This is a full-time position that requires a strong passion for education and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Training: Hire, train, and develop a team of educators who share your vision for providing high-quality early childhood education.
  • Operational Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies to drive success in key areas such as enrollment, retention, productivity, quality, and customer service.
  • Trend Analysis: Analyze center trends and performance data to inform decision-making and support the growth of our programs.
  • Team Building: Foster a culture of trust, respect, and open communication among team members, franchisees, and school employees.
  • Licensing and Marketing: Lead the licensing, marketing, and advertising efforts for our center, ensuring compliance with state regulations and maximizing visibility in the community.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively address concerns and minimize risks by leveraging resources and expertise to resolve problems efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Center Director in a licensed childcare center or equivalent leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or appropriate equivalent from an accredited university and 3 years of management experience in a multi-unit environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong analytical, decision-making, and verbal communication skills; ability to motivate and resolve conflicts; exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills; professional presentation and attitude; ability to communicate with, motivate others, analyze, and solve problems; effective leader and role model for the school team.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per year
  • Paid Time Off: Generous paid time off policy to ensure work-life balance
  • Referral Program: Competitive referral program to recognize and reward employee referrals

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: Full-time schedule, 5 days a week
