Role Summary:

The PRISM Techno/Functional Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the operational functionality and maintenance of Unison PRISM within a federal agency context. This position is integral in providing advanced operational assistance, addressing Tier-3 helpdesk inquiries, and collaborating with the team on change requests. The team is dedicated to delivering user support, training, upgrade assistance, and ensuring seamless integration with Oracle Federal Financials and data warehousing solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, and implement software modifications, including troubleshooting and enhancements.
  • Provide tier-three support to effectively resolve customer service incidents.
  • Collaborate closely with the functional team to address technical challenges associated with PRISM.
  • Coordinate with Unison to ensure that software modifications are incorporated into upcoming software releases.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to operational processes related to acquisition management.
  • Generate and deliver customized data extracts for client needs.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues between Oracle Federal Financials and PRISM.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of change management protocols.
  • Oversee and test any development work, supporting user testing and documentation efforts.
  • Contribute to project timelines and effort estimations.
  • Prepare and sustain application documentation to assist system users and support ongoing operations, maintenance, and development.
  • Assist the DBA support team with installation and configuration challenges.
  • Support the installation and validation of software in both production and non-production environments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in procurement systems.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Unison/Compusearch PRISM software.
  • Extensive experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server Environment, .NET, Web Services, and XML technologies.

  • Security Clearance Level: Capability to obtain a Public Trust.
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Work Location: Fully Remote.
  • The program operates within the DC, MD, and VA metropolitan areas.
