Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with key customer personnel to promote ongoing improvement to our programs.
  • Act as a first point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively service, stock, and present solutions to customers.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting and qualifying within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the inside operations team and assigned outside sales representative to provide seamless customer service.
  • Operate a company vehicle to replenish onsite inventory management programs and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Servicing and maintaining equipment onsite at major client accounts.
  • Utilize resources to teach and tailor product solutions to client environments.
  • Maintain organized inventory in accordance with R.S. Hughes policies to ensure proper labeling, storage, handling, and packaging.
  • Analyze and investigate inventory variances, implementing corrective actions to reduce/eliminate variances.
  • Drive productivity, quality, inventory control, and safety performance throughout the customer's organization.
  • Maintain a daily inventory dashboard report to identify inventory gaps and constraints.
  • Oversee and assist in the preparation of orders after delivering to customer facilities.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • Valid state-issued driver's license (Required)
  • 1-year B2B sales and/or operations experience (Preferred)
