Position Overview:
HR Operations Coordinator

As part of our team, the HR Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in providing comprehensive human resources support and guidance.

This position involves managing various HR functions, including employee relations, unemployment claims, and workers' compensation. You will be instrumental in fostering effective communication and collaboration between management and staff.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing inquiries and resolving workplace issues.
2. Provide information to current and prospective employees regarding policies, job responsibilities, working conditions, and compensation.
3. Assist the HR department in executing initiatives aimed at enhancing employee relations.
4. Oversee special HR projects and ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
5. Offer guidance to employees in navigating complex issues and resolving escalated concerns.
6. Compile and prepare reports and documentation required by management or regulatory bodies.
7. Maintain accurate personnel records, including hires, promotions, and performance evaluations.
8. Respond to inquiries about HR strategies and programs.
9. Identify opportunities for policy and procedure improvements.
10. Provide training and support to HR team members.
11. Evaluate departmental performance against established goals and recommend enhancements.
12. Manage unemployment claims, workers' compensation, and employee relations matters.
13. Process terminations and manage separation documentation.
14. Conduct audits within HR systems and report required statistics.


Physical requirements for this role include the ability to remain stationary, move freely within the office, and operate mechanical controls such as a keyboard.

This is a full-time position that necessitates in-person attendance during standard business hours.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is advantageous.
