Position Overview:
The Creative Production Manager is a pivotal role, focusing on overseeing revisions and updates to current materials, crafting and applying design templates, and organizing files for production and release. This position requires a production expert who operates efficiently and guarantees the utmost accuracy during the final phases of design development. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and possess outstanding communication skills, committed to enhancing existing processes and applying industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Creative Operations Lead to oversee the creative production workflow for both print and digital initiatives, ensuring timely and precise delivery while upholding the highest quality standards.
- Identify and address project challenges proactively, developing and implementing solutions while escalating issues as necessary to minimize disruptions.
- Encourage a culture of teamwork, accountability, and ongoing improvement.
- Effectively manage and prioritize multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment, consistently demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance within the production team before final delivery.
- Transform and extend established creative concepts into production-ready assets for print, web, and digital platforms.
- Follow all established standards and processes, including file naming conventions and proper file storage protocols.
- Assist the internal creative team with various design tasks, such as developing layouts, creating templates, resizing images, retouching, and converting files across different software applications.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers to secure cost-effective, high-quality production services, ensuring that final outputs meet specifications.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a creative capacity, preferably within an in-house agency or similar environment.
- At least 7 years of experience in creative execution and production across various marketing channels.
- Extensive knowledge of print and digital production processes, including prepress, printing, digital media, and post-production.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (experience with XD and Figma is advantageous).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a global setting.
- Self-motivated and solutions-oriented, with a proactive approach to initiating actions and streamlining workflows.
- Ability to guide and mentor creative execution while critically assessing work streams for efficiency.
- A strong creative portfolio showcasing problem-solving abilities and creative execution skills.

- Significant experience in navigating the complexities of highly regulated industries.
- Ability to thrive in and adapt to remote work environments.
- Strong capability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in transforming raw data into visually engaging narratives and easily interpretable formats for effective communication.
