Job Title: Lead Product Manager

At TikTok, we're seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to spearhead the development of our AI-powered creative solutions. As a key member of our Ads Creative & Ecosystem team, you'll be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and execution of our Symphony Creative Studio, an AI-powered tool that automates TikTok ad creation.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Symphony Creative Studio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality products that meet user needs and drive business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and use that knowledge to drive innovation and keep TikTok at the forefront of the advertising landscape.
  • Be a thought leader and advocate for the role of AI-generated content in the advertising industry, driving a visionary agenda that sets TikTok apart as a leader in this space.
Qualifications:
  • Many years of product management experience building products/tools related to marketplace, advertising, or creatives.
  • Experience developing products that leverage generative AI/machine learning to automate creative production or content creation workflows is a major plus.
  • Deep understanding of the advertising landscape and the needs of advertisers, including experience with creative development, media buying, and ad optimization.
  • Strong experience with AI technologies and their application in advertising.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering, design, data science, and business development teams.
