Product Marketing Manager-Floor Care Professional

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the segment expert in the floor care category, analyzing industry trends, regulatory issues, and competition moves.
  • Achieve targeted revenues and maintain healthy inventory levels.
  • Develop and execute USA-specific category strategies and plans.
  • Coordinate product planning across the matrix with R&D and PD teams.
  • Support key accounts management and sales Rep management in product sell-in and channel management.
  • Manage the new product launch process to ensure on-time, on-strategy, and on-specs product delivery.
  • Drive sell-through, align PSI forecasts, and manage end-of-life strategy and transition.
  • Support CMI team in consumer research and field testing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in launching consumer products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Home Appliances industry experience.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

  • May have to lift 50 or less pounds.
  • May have to travel occasionally.
