Innovation Specialist

At Terminix, we're seeking a skilled Innovation Technician to join our team. As a key front-line role, you'll provide outstanding service delivery of our products to valued customers.
As an Innovation Technician, you'll be equipped with a company vehicle and excellent industry training to visit residential customers and perform requested exclusion services. Your day will be filled with setting up and building exclusion traps, removing animals trapped in exclusion devices, and working in a safety harness from rooftops as needed.
We're looking for someone who is personable and enjoys interacting with customers, self-motivated with a strong work ethic, and able to effectively present information to customers one-on-one and in small groups.

Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Three to six months of related exclusion experience and/or training
- Six months of experience using hand tools and related equipment
