We are seeking a dedicated Policy Development Specialist to join our team at AdNet AccountNet, Inc. in Washington, D.C. Job Description: As a Policy Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the establishment of policies for the agency. You will be responsible for conducting thorough research to ensure that all necessary details are included in policy drafts. Your strong written and research skills will be essential in developing, revising, and finalizing policies. Additionally, your ability to self-manage and work independently will be key to your success in this role.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and revision of policies to align with organizational goals.
  • Monitor legislation developments that may impact agency policies.
  • Advise on sustainable management policies and efficiency improvements.
  • Integrate strategic foundations into daily performance by applying policies effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to set and refine organizational policies.

Requirements:

  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft clear and concise policies.
  • Excellent research skills to gather relevant information and ensure policy accuracy.
  • Self-management and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in monitoring company policies and advising on efficiency improvements.
  • Ability to integrate strategic foundations into daily performance.
  • Knowledge of current legislation developments that may impact policies.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
