About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
