Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to users on workstation-related issues.
  • Configure and maintain desktop software and hardware, including imaging and deploying operating systems.
  • Ensure proper configuration and adherence to security configurations and settings.
  • Monitor and update dispatch systems, and work incoming tickets as assigned.
  • Test, troubleshoot, maintain, modify, validate, and document application packages.
  • Document configurations and standards for reference by colleagues.
  • Assist other departments as needed to resolve issues.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as reporting, ordering replacement parts, and tracking status/inventory of items.

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related field, or 2 years of job-related work experience.
  • 2 years of technical operations support experience.
  • CompTIA A+ or higher is preferred.

Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced, multi-platformed environment that requires action and response 24/7 to support the technical business needs of the customer. Routine transporting of items up to 30 lbs. Transporting items up to 70lbs on occasion.
