Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day HR activities, including absenteeism management and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with the HR Director, Payroll Manager, and Operations Leadership team to achieve business objectives.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to better understand and assess employee and business needs.
  • General HR Administration within Paycom, with a focus on T&A, and Paycom timeclocks.
  • Effectively plan and organize with an emphasis on detail, consistency, and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in business administration, HR, or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of direct or similar professional experience.
  • Strong communication, computer, and analytical skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, and HRIS experience.
  • Ability to speak Spanish and/or Portuguese highly desired, but not required.
What We Offer
  • $80,000/year salary.
