Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our Service Center team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to the service center staff, ensuring timely and accurate maintenance of files, logs, and records. You will also provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, answering phones and responding to inquiries.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to service center personnel, including preparing and maintaining daily paperwork, preparing documents and reports, and answering phones.
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including DOT files and other confidential documents.
Requirements
* High school degree or equivalent preferred.
* 3 years of office experience, preferably in the transportation industry.
* Proficiency with AS400, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Detail-oriented and organized with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
