About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Hylant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding and strengthening our Life Sciences sales team to promote further growth and retention in the Indy market.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in the Life Sciences insurance space, with a strong understanding of commercial lines of coverage.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
