Payroll Coordinator (Bilingual: Spanish)

Job Summary:
The Payroll Coordinator plays a vital role in assisting our caregivers and nursing staff with inquiries related to their compensation, direct deposits, and timesheet submissions. This position also manages the front desk, ensuring timely assistance to all visiting caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address inquiries from nurses and caregivers regarding pay rates, missed hours, direct deposits, and timesheets.
  • Welcome applicants at the front desk and provide prompt service to all walk-in caregivers.
  • Set and manage pay rates in HHA eXchange.
  • Compile reports for the Visit Compliance Team Lead.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate departments and personnel.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information and resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Accurately input and manage employee-related data in HHA eXchange.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to swiftly resolve payroll-related issues.
  • Ensure high-quality payroll services are delivered to all caregivers and nurses, maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
  • Verify attendance records, hours worked, and process pay adjustments.
  • Guarantee timely and accurate payment for caregivers and nurses.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the payroll team.

Job Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Fluency in Spanish is essential.
  • Experience with Viventium and HHA eXchange is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with financial and payroll software is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient with numerical data.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
