Job Summary

As an Intervention Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing academic support to students in need, working closely with school administrators and classroom teachers to identify students who require additional assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with school administrators and classroom teachers to identify students who require additional academic support
  • Plan and deliver effective instruction in a small group setting, utilizing a variety of teaching strategies to engage students and promote learning
  • Administer pre and post assessments to measure student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Consistently track student progress and data to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions
  • Provide a safe and positive learning environment, promoting social and emotional growth in addition to academic achievement

Requirements

Compensation

$20 - $35 / hour
