Job Overview

Position Title: Rehabilitation Specialist

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Specialist to join a community health network.

Qualifications for the Rehabilitation Specialist:

  • Possession of a valid state license is mandatory.

  • Physical capability to sit, stand, and kneel for patient assessments is necessary.

Compensation for the Rehabilitation Specialist:

  • The salary range for this role is between $104,000 and $156,000 annually for full-time positions, or $55 to $75 per hour for part-time roles, based on experience.

Work Schedule for the Rehabilitation Specialist:

  • This position can be either full-time or part-time.
  • Part-time hours will vary based on organizational needs.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is highly encouraged.

Key Responsibilities of the Rehabilitation Specialist:

  • Deliver quality care by assessing patient needs and interpreting evaluations to determine appropriate therapy treatments.
  • Assist patients in achieving their treatment goals through manual exercises and support in daily activities.
  • Administer various physical therapy treatments, including massages and the application of physical agents.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Design home exercise programs to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care services.
  • Ensure a safe and hygienic working environment by adhering to established protocols.
  • Comply with infection control policies to protect both patients and staff.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
