Position Overview:
The Revenue Management Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in delivering support and training for revenue management systems. This position is also involved in testing initiatives associated with system upgrades. The analyst actively contributes to enhancement projects by formulating testing strategies to confirm that all system modifications achieve their desired outcomes. As a subject matter expert, this role entails developing projects, conducting evaluations, and providing support during implementation. Additionally, the Revenue Management Systems Analyst supervises administrative personnel.

Key Competencies:
  • Demonstrates a clear understanding of project objectives, plans, and individual responsibilities within a project.
  • Comprehends the goals, strategies, and policies of Revenue Management, including its interactions with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT.
  • Possesses knowledge of fundamental project planning processes, including the organization of action items and resource allocation.
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree (or an equivalent international qualification) in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
