At Insight Global, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our insurance agency, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary duties will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide information about insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
  • Assist new customers in signing up for policies.
  • Assist customers with policy changes, billing inquiries, and payment processing.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.

This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position with the possibility to earn bonuses/commission after the 6-month contracted period. The hourly compensation for this individual is $18/hr-$19/hr depending upon years of experience.

Requirements:

  • Insurance agency experience
  • Life or Health Insurance license
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service position
  • Obtains a Property and Causality Insurance license
