Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at Resonetics. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for driving our manufacturing operations to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct research programs to evaluate and enhance our manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Analyze labor, materials, and production schedules to provide insights that will shape our future production strategies, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Evaluate and refine our quality control processes to ensure excellence in every product we deliver, meeting the highest industry standards.
  • Develop manufacturing processes in partnership with product teams and equipment vendors, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Analyze and plan workflow, space utilization, and equipment layout to maximize efficiency, reducing waste and improving productivity.
  • Generate insightful reports by collecting and analyzing data, and propose recommendations based on trends, driving business decisions.
  • Create and maintain critical documentation, including product specifications, inspection documents, and validation protocols, ensuring compliance and regulatory adherence.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, safeguarding our product and company reputation, and maintaining a strong market presence.
  • Guide technicians through design and development projects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Keep your skills sharp by attending educational workshops and embracing growth opportunities, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong customer service orientation and time management abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • A desire to continuously learn and the flexibility to work overtime when needed, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Compensation:

Base Salary $80,000 - $115,000 and Bonus, depending on experience, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
