Job Overview

As a Brand Trainee, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager and be responsible for:

  • Conducting market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Participating in product knowledge seminars and daily meetings to stay up-to-date on our offerings.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.
  • Developing a deep understanding of our marketing and communications strategies.
Key Responsibilities

As a Brand Trainee, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting Account Managers with customer interactions and sales support.
  • Helping to launch new campaigns and products.
  • Accurately tracking customer data and sales records.
  • Attending product knowledge seminars and applying that knowledge in customer interactions and marketing initiatives.
  • Developing skills in training, coaching, and leadership.

As a Brand Trainee, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating customer orders, requests, and inquiries.
  • Identifying and utilizing internal resources to complete tasks.
  • Supporting team goals and being adaptable to change.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in customer service, customer solutions, and/or sales.
  • Effective decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver timely and accurate information to customers and internal business partners.
  • Strong understanding of our client's products and services.
  • Ability to recognize and respond to new/additional opportunities for existing customers.
