Compensation
Hourly wage starting at $17.20, with additional bonus opportunities exceeding $1800 based on performance metrics.
Work Schedule
Full-time positions available with flexible scheduling options, including night shifts which offer a 10% shift differential for hours worked between 7 PM and 5 AM.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer service for routine inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Utilize a computerized system for tracking and information gathering.
- Provide feedback on call trends and assist in process improvements.
- Respond to inquiries by directing clients to appropriate resources.
- Maintain compliance with privacy regulations and internal policies.
- Assist clients with online applications and ensure accurate submission.
- Keep up-to-date with client regulations and policies.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months in a customer service role.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
