OPERATIONS SUPPORT COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
In addition to maintaining smooth business operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, processing purchase orders, and managing invoices. By consistently delivering excellent customer service and actively listening to client needs, you contribute significantly to our company's success.
  • Experience in customer service
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems
  • Background in HVAC roles preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks such as ordering supplies, customer service, and technician dispatch
  • Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks
  • HVAC industry experience is a plus but not mandatory
