About the Role

We are looking for a Support Services Coordinator to provide administrative support to our office/department at Northwell Health.

This role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing diversified clerical support to meet the operational needs of the office/department;
  • Typing correspondence, reports, and articles;
  • Greeting and directing visitors;
  • Answering telephones, taking messages, and directing intercom pages;
  • Scheduling appointments/meetings;
  • Maintaining department/office files, record keeping, and patient record filing;
  • Taking meeting minutes;
  • Collecting payments;
  • Keeping inventory and ordering supplies for the department/office.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 0-1 years of relevant experience, and bi-lingual Spanish proficiency preferred.
