The Chick-fil-A Enos Ranch Management Development Program is a comprehensive 2-3 year engagement aimed at cultivating essential skills in character, competency, and teamwork. This initiative is designed to equip candidates for future roles within Chick-fil-A's corporate Leadership Development Program, paving the way for a successful career as a corporate staff member or restaurant operator.

Key Responsibilities

As a participant, you will work closely with the restaurant operator to:

  • Master both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Recruit, interview, select, train, and nurture the restaurant team.
  • Drive sales growth and enhance profitability.
  • Implement innovative systems and processes to boost operational efficiency.
Learning Opportunities

Throughout the program, you will gain valuable insights into the processes and procedures that define Chick-fil-A's success, focusing on:

Qualifications

To be considered for this program, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of two years of college education or an Associate's Degree, with plans to complete a Bachelor's Degree.

Program Structure

The program is structured as follows:

  • Initial training as a Team Member in all restaurant areas to build operational proficiency.
  • Subsequent training as a Shift Leader in both BOH and FOH roles.

Compensation and Benefits

Participants will receive a starting pay of $20+ per hour for a 50-hour work week, including regular and overtime pay. Additional benefits include:
