This initiative is designed to equip candidates for future roles within Chick-fil-A's corporate Leadership Development Program, paving the way for a successful career as a corporate staff member or restaurant operator.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a participant, you will work closely with the restaurant operator to:
- Master both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Recruit, interview, select, train, and nurture the restaurant team.
- Drive sales growth and enhance profitability.
- Implement innovative systems and processes to boost operational efficiency.
Throughout the program, you will gain valuable insights into the processes and procedures that define Chick-fil-A's success, focusing on:
- Leadership
- Sales and Brand Growth
- Customer Experience
- Financial Stewardship
To be considered for this program, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of two years of college education or an Associate's Degree, with plans to complete a Bachelor's Degree.
- The ability to work full-time, including overtime and flexible hours.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliability in transportation.
- A commitment to uphold Chick-fil-A's customer service standards and operational excellence.

The program is structured as follows:
- Initial training as a Team Member in all restaurant areas to build operational proficiency.
- Subsequent training as a Shift Leader in both BOH and FOH roles.
- Advancement to Supervisor and Director level leadership roles.
Participants will receive a starting pay of $20+ per hour for a 50-hour work week, including regular and overtime pay. Additional benefits include:
- 80 hours of annual paid vacation, accrued from the start of employment.
