Job Summary

The Head Universal Banker is a key member of the branch team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to internal and external customers. This role requires a strong sales and service orientation, with a focus on building relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales experiences to internal and external customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying and addressing their financial needs
  • Execute all service transactions and sales referral routines to deepen client relationships
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the branch, providing guidance and support to colleagues
  • Continuously learn and develop new skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date on products and services
  • Collaborate with the branch team to achieve sales and service goals
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer and digital tools skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
