Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director of Marketing to lead our team of passionate professionals and drive the growth of our brand. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that increases awareness, engagement, and sales of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing plan that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Just Ice Tea brand, including marketing strategy, development, new product launches, shopper marketing, PR, social, and D2C strategy.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, including Brand, Field Marketing, and Social Media roles, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute retail/distribution growth strategies for Just Ice Tea.
  • Develop and manage communication and creative assets in support of Just Ice Tea for retail, social, web, print, digital, and field.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal team members and external partners, inspiring trust, transparency, and team development.
Requirements
  • 8-10+ years of significant experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on marketing and brand development.
  • Experience in a fast-growth CPG food and/or beverage enterprise, with a proven track record of driving results and growth.
  • 3 – 5 years of supervisory experience, with demonstrated emotional intelligence and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead construction conversations and invite dialogue.
  • Ability to thrive in a startup environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow.
