Job Summary

Fulfill ticket orders and respond to customer inquiries with a focus on providing exceptional service to season ticket holders and Panther Club members. Develop and maintain personal relationships to ensure retention and renewal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and thorough responses to customer communications via email, phone, or in-person.
  • Develop and implement effective ticketing sales strategies to meet sales goals.
  • Track sales, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assign tasks and provide guidance to team members as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; combination of education and relevant experience considered.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment

Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with occasional travel and attendance at events.
