**Job Responsibilities:**

* Lead and work with crew members to perform building erection of our pre-engineered/conventional metal and wood framed buildings
* Supervise 4-5 crew members in daily duties and assist in training of new members
* Collaborate with the project management team to ensure proper staffing, materials, and equipment are on site to meet project deadlines
* Coordinate with subcontractors to schedule work and allocate work areas
* Monitor quality control and safety standards for Keller employees and subcontractors
* Keep the supervisor informed of job progress
* Complete daily paperwork, including daily reports, timecards, and quality control sheets
* Maintain a safe work environment for all members on the job site

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 5 years of construction experience (Preferred)
* Ability to read and understand blueprints
* Comfortable working at heights
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Willingness to travel within WI
* Ability to lift heavy objects (0-80lbs from ground to waist level, 0-50lbs from to shoulder level)
* Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time while performing physical labor
* Ability to operate tools and equipment
* Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions
