Job Overview

Keller Inc. is a fully employee-owned Design/Build General Contractor based in Kaukauna, WI, with additional locations in Sun Prairie, Germantown, and Wausau. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and collaborate with team members in the erection of pre-engineered and conventional metal and wood-framed structures.
  • Supervise a crew of 4-5 members in daily operations and assist in onboarding new personnel.
  • Coordinate with the project management team to ensure adequate staffing, materials, and equipment are available to meet project timelines.
  • Work alongside subcontractors to align schedules and work zones.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control and safety protocols for both Keller employees and subcontractors.
  • Keep management updated on project progress.
  • Complete necessary documentation, including daily reports, timecards, and quality control records.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret and understand blueprints.
  • Comfortable working at heights.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel primarily within Wisconsin.
  • Capability to lift heavy materials (up to 80 lbs from ground to waist level, and up to 50 lbs to shoulder level).
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while performing physical tasks.
  • Proficient in operating various tools and equipment.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
