Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Building Erection Foreman to lead and work with crew members in the construction of our pre-engineered/conventional metal and wood framed buildings. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of construction experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read and understand blueprints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and work with crew members in daily duties and assist in training of new members
  • Work with project management team to ensure proper staffing, materials, and equipment are on site to meet project deadlines
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to schedule and work areas
  • Monitor quality control and safety standards for Keller employees and subcontractors
  • Keep supervisor informed with job progress
  • Complete daily paperwork, including daily reports, timecards, and quality control sheets
  • Maintain a safe work environment for all members on the job site
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years construction experience (Preferred)
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Comfortable with heights
  • Great Leadership and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel within WI
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (0-80lbs from ground to waist level, 0-50lbs from to shoulder level)
  • Ability to walk, and stand for long periods of time while performing physical labor
  • Ability to operate tools and equipment
  • Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions
