Job Title: Behavioral Health Care Coordinator

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Health Care Coordinator to join our team at Children's of Alabama. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating clinical operations and supervising the work performance of nursing staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, coordinate, implement, and evaluate patient care on assigned shifts.
  • Supervise and evaluate nursing staff based on established performance standards.
  • Coordinate clinical operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the unit.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing required; associate's degree RNs may be grandfathered in with 3 years of experience.
  • At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred, including 1 year of pediatric/psych/OR experience.
  • CPI certification required within 30 days of employment.
